With the onset of the COVID pandemic and the subsequent isolation felt by many, we decided to bring a little cheer by hosting a single concert on our driveway. So, in September 2020—on just one day’s notice—we posted a flyer for a driveway concert in our neighbourhood Facebook group. Over a hundred of you came out to watch from Wadsworth Park, across the street. For a couple of hours, the world felt brighter.

And just like that, Concerts on Connolly was born! Every summer since, we’ve had the joy of bringing high-quality live music to Wadsworth Park. 

Our goal? To employ the power of live music, celebrate diversity and bring communities together. We bring culturally-diverse Canadian and international artists, and  want to break the boundaries of discrimination by showing the beauty of diverse music.
